Approach to Grading without AI

My gut is a) we design a semantic engine that compares the model analysis with the students essay (no ai). Ideally this would be sufficient alone. b) we have a second layer llm that looks only at the students essay as a "grader" and determines its quality based on the rubric or methodology of the MEE graders. That way we do not cross any NCBE materials with any AI.
